More people will be living in cities by According to the World Health Organization, by 2050, 6.4 billion people will be living in cities, almost doubling the figure 3.4 billion in 2009. Our existing infrastructure is not enough to facilitate such needs. We are facing an immense challenge to better design our cities to provide a comfortable and quality life to the billions. Here, I will share about different possible movement to making our cities better:

Quinta Monroy, a social housing project by the Chilean government to provide housing for a community in an illegal housing area. They built “half-houses” to keep the cost low, allows inhabitants to build on it when their family expand/economic situation improves:
